Mr. Sullivan’s practice consists of estate planning, probate, real estate and other commercial transactions. His practice routinely involves negotiating complex real estate transactions including commercial leases and real estate development projects. He also has significant experience in handling complex business transactions, including buying, selling, and financing businesses. While representing his clients, Mr. Sullivan routinely finds the most cost effective means of achieving the client’s objectives and always keeps the client informed and up to date on all matters affecting the client’s case.

When he was still litigating, Roger appeared in over a dozen jurisdictions throughout the state of Maryland, trying jury trials, bench trials, federal cases, arbitration cases, administrative law cases and where beneficial, mediation.    He is familiar with the all phases of the litigation process and with 25 years of both transactional and trial experience, he is an invaluable resource for risk management and assessment.    He is quick to identify the critical matter at issue and to identify the most effective, productive, and risk-avoidance means of achieving it.
